Questions
- Do I need an account to try it?
- No. Projects stay in your browser, and once you sign in each one moves to your account in one click. A free account saves 3.
- What happens when an Event pass ends?
- Your projects stay saved and shared links keep working, with the Fairround badge back on them. Projects over 60 people still open, but arranging or saving them waits until you buy another pass or a plan, and so does saving a new project while you have 3 or more.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, online from Plan and billing in your account. A subscription renews until you cancel, and once cancelled it runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. An Event pass never renews.
- Who handles payment and tax?
- Polar, our merchant of record. It collects sales tax and VAT where they apply and sends your receipts.
- Is there a discount for nonprofits and schools?
- Yes. Email hello@fairround.app from your organisation's address.
